What this site collects

Nothing by default. There are no accounts, forms or comment boxes. If you email me, I receive what you send and use it only to reply. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and a few project pages load images from Google Play and GitHub Pages, so your browser contacts those services directly. The site is hosted on Appwrite Cloud, which processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver pages and keep the site secure.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics loads only if you choose “Allow analytics” in the privacy choices panel; nothing from Google Analytics loads before that, and browsers that send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are treated as a “no” automatically. If you allow it, Analytics records page paths, hostnames and fixed actions such as opening a project. It never receives form contents, names, phone numbers or email addresses. Your choice is remembered in a first-party cookie shared across tapiwa.me sites for up to six months; Analytics event data is kept for up to 14 months. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy choices control on the page.

Advertising

tapiwa.me itself shows no ads. Some project sites on tapiwa.me subdomains — currently VoltZW at zesa.tapiwa.me — show ads served by Google AdSense (see VoltZW’s privacy policy). On those sites:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to these sites and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, and out of other vendors’ cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info (or youronlinechoices.eu in Europe).
• How Google uses information from sites that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Apps

Tsoro Studios apps on Google Play have their own privacy policies, linked from their store listings and project pages — for example the Emberdelve privacy policy.
